Position Overview:

We are seeking a full-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide medication management services to clients with diverse mental health concerns. While you should be comfortable treating a wide range of conditions, most of our clients seek support for anxiety, depression, trauma, and bipolar disorder.

This position requires a commitment of at least 30 hours per week, board certification as a PMHNP, and the willingness to obtain licensure in Maine, Oregon, and Washington.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct 60- to 90-minute intake appointments to assess mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide 30-minute follow-up appointments for medication management and client support.
  • Maintain detailed, confidential records in our EHR and dedicate administrative time to documentation and other client care needs outside of sessions.
  • Participate in routine case staffing and consultation with our therapy team to ensure collaborative and comprehensive care for our clients.
  • Collaborate with clients’ other providers as needed.
  • Address safety risks and create safety plans when necessary.
  • Make referrals for additional care when required.

What We're Looking For:

  • Education: Master’s degree or higher.
  • Certification: Board-certified PMHNP willing to obtain licensure and provide services to clients in Maine, Oregon, and Washington.
  • Experience: Extensive knowledge of mental health conditions and evidence-based therapeutic practices.
  • Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
