Mindful Mental and Behavioral Health PLLC (MMBH) is seeking a dedicated Clinical Supervisor to join our team. In this leadership role, you will provide clinical supervision to therapists while also delivering therapy services directly to clients. You will play a critical role in ensuring both your own responsibilities and those of our team are met, with a focus on maintaining accountability, delivering exceptional care, and promoting a culture of professional integrity. By offering guidance, mentorship, and support, you will help therapists meet their goals while upholding the quality of the services we provide.
This full-time, exempt position requires a minimum of 32 hours of work per week, including at least 20 hours dedicated to a mix of supervision and direct client care. Additionally, you will need to work or remain on call until 8 p.m. PST two days a week to support our therapists and administrative staff as needed.
Salary: $88,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Supervision:
- Provide clinical supervision and consultation to associates and licensed therapists.
- Review and cosign all clinical notes for associates to ensure compliance and quality.
- Mentor therapists in achieving professional goals, addressing clinical challenges, and managing caseloads effectively.
- Monitor therapist performance, including adherence to deadlines, retention rates, and quality of care.
- Offer constructive feedback and implement performance success plans as needed, holding therapists accountable for improvement.
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training new therapists, setting clear expectations for responsibilities and performance.
- Collaborate with leadership to establish and improve policies, procedures, and streamlined processes.
- Communicate team updates, challenges, and strategic initiatives to leadership.
- Contribute to the practice’s growth through program development and staff training.
- Nurture a positive, collaborative work environment that supports professional growth.
- Take on other leadership duties as assigned.
- Client Care:
- Provide high-quality, client-centered therapy services, maintaining a consistent caseload.
- Complete all clinical documentation promptly and accurately, including intake notes, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Maintain compliant and up-to-date client files in accordance with privacy and safety laws.
- Make referrals for additional care or services as needed to support client outcomes.
- Collaborate with clients’ treatment teams, to include psychiatric medication management providers, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education and Licensure:
- Master’s degree or higher in a related field.
- Active, unrestricted license (LCSW, LICSW, LPC, LMHC, or LMFT) in Oregon and/or Washington.
- Eligible to provide board-approved supervision for associate therapists.
- Completion of a supervision course (required before the start date).
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2+ years post-Master’s clinical experience (preferred).
- Previous experience in supervision or leadership roles strongly preferred.
- Skills:
- Extensive knowledge of mental health conditions and therapeutic approaches.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to hold self and others accountable to professional standards.
- Other Requirements:
- Commit to a minimum of 32 hours per week.
- Dedicate at least 20 hours per week to clinical supervision and direct client care.
- Be available to work or remain on call until 8 p.m. PST two days a week.
- Reside in Oregon or Washington.
- Maintain a clean professional record with no disciplinary actions.
