Helping You Explore Who You Are and What You Carry
You might be here because something inside you feels tangled, uncertain, or out of reach. Maybe you’re trying to navigate the weight of anxiety, low motivation, or a mood that shifts in ways you can’t always predict. Maybe you’re carrying grief, confusion around identity, or a deep sense that parts of your story haven’t been fully understood.
Whatever led you here, there’s space for it and support as you navigate what comes next.
Therapy Can Be a Space to Feel Understood, Not Analyzed
So often, people come to therapy feeling like they’ve been reduced to a diagnosis or a list of symptoms. But I see you as more than that. You’re a whole person with values, beliefs, history, identity, and hope. Therapy with me is about making space for all of it.
Our work together isn’t about fixing you. It’s about understanding you. It’s about exploring the patterns, experiences, and systems that have shaped you, and finding new ways to relate to yourself and the world around you.
If you’ve felt dismissed, judged, or misunderstood in the past, I offer a different experience. One grounded in empathy, curiosity, and respect.
What Therapy Looks Like With Me
In our sessions, I’ll show up as a fellow traveler — someone who’s there to walk with you, not ahead of you. I ask thoughtful questions, offer gentle insights, and create a space where nothing needs to be hidden.
Whether you’re navigating intense emotions, relationship struggles, identity shifts, or just feeling stuck, we’ll move at a pace that feels manageable. You won’t be rushed or pressured. You’ll be met where you are.
Together, we’ll explore not only the challenges you’re facing but also the stories beneath them. Because when you better understand your patterns and pain, you can begin to reshape how you respond to them.
Who I Work With
I specialize in working with adults across Oregon who are navigating:
Anxiety, overthinking, or a persistent sense of unease
Depression or feelings of disconnection and emptiness
Bipolar disorder and emotional shifts that feel hard to manage
PTSD and the lingering impact of past trauma
Identity exploration, especially for queer and trans individuals
Grief, loss, and major life transitions
Relationship challenges and self-esteem concerns
My approach is affirming, trauma-informed, and centered on helping you build insight and compassion for yourself and the systems that have shaped your experience.
A Bit About Me
Even before I became a therapist, I was fascinated by human behavior — by the complexity of people’s emotions and decisions. What I’ve come to believe through my own journey is this: there is real power in being heard.
I know how healing it can be to sit across from someone who doesn’t expect you to have it all figured out. Someone who welcomes your questions, your pain, your full humanity — and who trusts that you’re already carrying the seeds of your own growth.
I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Portland State University and am currently pursuing advanced training in psychodynamic psychotherapy and psychoanalysis. I also volunteer with local AIDS service organizations to support access to sexual health care and gender-affirming care in our community.
If You’re Ready to Begin
Whether you’ve been in therapy before or this is your first time, it’s okay to be unsure. It’s okay to have questions. What matters is that you’re here and that you’re considering what support could look like.
If you’re ready to get started, I’d be honored to walk with you as you reflect, heal, and move toward a more connected version of yourself. You can conveniently schedule an intake assessment with me using the calendar below.
If you have any questions before scheduling, feel free to call our office at (207) 316-2609 or reach out through our contact form.

Frequently Asked Questions About Our Practice
Sessions are conducted primarily online via telehealth. If you are interested in meeting with a provider in-person, please contact our office at (207) 316-2609 to discuss availability for in-person sessions.
I accept Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield (Anthem, Premera, Regence, etc.), Cigna, PacificSource, and Providence. However, I may not accept your specific insurance plan. It is your responsibility to verify that our organization is in-network with your plan and that services are covered.
If at any time we discover that we are not in-network with your insurance plan, you will be responsible for the full costs of all sessions (past and future).
Please note, I do not accept Medicaid, Medicare, or work with EAPs.
Services are available to self-pay clients and those with out-of-network benefits.
Please call our office at (207) 316-2609 or complete our contact form if you have any questions.
For individuals using insurance to cover appointments, the cost of appointments is determined by each insurance’s contracted rates with our organization. Thus, the cost of appointments may be notably different than the cost of appointments for individuals who are self-pay. Furthermore, the cost of appointments may vary from session to session depending on several factors to include the length of the appointment and the complexity of the appointment. If you plan to use insurance, our office can provide a better estimate of costs once you provide your insurance information. Please contact us at (207) 316-2609 if you require further assistance.
For individuals who are self-pay:
Rates vary depending on type of service (therapy vs. medication management) and length of session. Please contact our office for additional information.
Payments are completed through our patient portal. Payments can be made using major credit/debit cards (American Express, Visa, Mastercard, etc.) as well as FSAs and HSAs.
Our policy is to collect payments before rendering services. However, we cannot always predict the cost of sessions in advance because services and length of sessions may vary from appointment to appointment. For clients using insurance, you will likely be responsible for either a co-pay or for paying the full costs of sessions until your deductible is met. Please ensure you fully understand your insurance benefits to prevent future billing concerns.
Regardless of your insurance status and payment method, we will always be as up-front with you as possible about the cost of treatment.
- The online scheduler above shows my availability over the next 20 days. If no appointments are available, please check back in a few days.
- For appointments beyond this 20-day window, you can return closer to your preferred appointment date. Alternatively, you can view availability for our other therapists here.
Clients must cancel or reschedule appointments at least 48 hours before their appointment. If appointments are not canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice, or if clients do not show to their appointment, they will be charged a late cancellation fee of $150. To ensure we treat all clients consistently and ethically and to be respectful of our providers’ time, we must enforce our late cancellation and no-show policy. Fees incurred for late cancellations and no shows are out-of-pockets expenses. They cannot be billed to insurance.
