Every individual has unique needs. Helping individuals find what works best for them is important to me.

You deserve to feel empowered, and I’m here to help you see how truly amazing you are.

My Background

As someone who has experienced challenging life transitions and wished for mental health support during those times, I found psychology and the study of emotions and attachment to be a perfect cross-section to support others. My ability to see and reflect diverse perspectives helps me support individuals through challenging times. As a therapist, I am honored to sit with, support, advocate for, and strategically challenge clients in their growth journey.

What To Expect When We’re Working Together

I understand the societal pressures that can impact self-acceptance and aim to support your journey toward body acceptance and emotional well-being.

When we embark on this journey together, you can anticipate a personalized approach that caters to your unique needs. Our sessions will be a sanctuary for your experiences and a platform to reconnect with your emotions. We’ll explore your thoughts and feelings, the deep beliefs that shape your self-view, and the coping skills you can develop to live a fulfilling life.

My treatment approach aligns best with clients who seek support for:

  • Anxiety

  • Stress

  • Overwhelming Emotions

  • Life Transitions

  • Identity Development and Exploration

  • Disordered Eating

  • Trauma

  • Attachment Wounds

My approach integrates Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing, emphasizing the importance of healthy patterns, emotions, and attachment in personal development.

It’s time to recognize your strengths, embrace growth, and confidently navigate your journey. If you're seeking a therapist who understands the complexities of life transitions, body image struggles, and the importance of finding joy in life’s small moments, I invite you to reach out.
