About Celeste Endlich (They/Them)
Celeste Endlich - Clinical Social Work Associate / Therapist
As humans, we are all interconnected and endowed with the capacity to learn, make meaning, and strengthen the skills it takes to live with more clarity and ease. We all need assistance in the healing journey, and I am here to assist my clients in tuning into and connecting with their inherent strengths as they learn to navigate obstacles.
I am a therapist because I am inspired by the various times in life when we must rise to the occasion, grow, and face challenges with confidence. I believe that healing is possible through the process of being known and supported in the midst of suffering.
My Background
I previously worked as a teacher and have always considered myself a lifelong learner. When I transitioned into a career in therapy, I worked with diverse populations in social service and community mental health settings, where I supported clients from various backgrounds. My personal and professional experiences have prepared me to support clients through pivotal life events and transitions, inspiring me to learn a variety of tools and frameworks to draw upon when individualizing the treatment process. I have come to understand that there is a range of therapeutic approaches that can be used to promote optimal health and wellbeing.
What To Expect When We’re Working Together
Therapy is a creative and collaborative process. As such, I individualize counseling to the needs of each client, drawing from a variety of treatment approaches. I believe in identity-affirming care and cultural humility, and I intend to create a safe, nourishing therapeutic environment that fosters healing, connection, and transformation.
Some of the techniques I use include mindfulness, motivational interviewing, expressive arts, and somatic (body-based) therapies. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which is an approach to processing trauma. For this reason, my approach is particularly beneficial for clients who may be struggling with:
My treatment approach aligns best with clients who seek support for:
-
Career exploration and development
-
Grief
-
Identity development and exploration
-
Life transitions
-

-
Identity development and exploration
My goal is to help the individuals I work with cultivate a deeper sense of self-acceptance and self-compassion to help them navigate the ups and downs of life. Remaining present and grounded in the therapy space, I do my best to embody curiosity and creativity in a way that feels both supportive and encouraging.

I accept Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield (Anthem, Premera, Regence, etc.), Cigna, PacificSource, and Providence. However, I may not accept your specific insurance plan. It is your responsibility to verify that our organization is in-network with your plan and that services are covered.

Please note, I do not accept Medicaid, Medicare, or work with EAPs.
Services are available to self-pay clients and those with out-of-network benefits.
Please call our office at (207) 316-2609 or complete our contact form if you have any questions.
For individuals using insurance to cover appointments, the cost of appointments is determined by each insurance’s contracted rates with our organization. Thus, the cost of appointments may be notably different than the cost of appointments for individuals who are self-pay. Furthermore, the cost of appointments may vary from session to session depending on several factors to include the length of the appointment and the complexity of the appointment. If you plan to use insurance, our office can provide a better estimate of costs once you provide your insurance information. Please contact us at (207) 316-2609 if you require further assistance.
For individuals who are self-pay:
Rates vary depending on type of service (therapy vs. medication management) and length of session. Please contact our office for additional information.
Payments are completed through our patient portal. Payments can be made using major credit/debit cards (American Express, Visa, Mastercard, etc.) as well as FSAs and HSAs.
Our policy is to collect payments before rendering services. However, we cannot always predict the cost of sessions in advance because services and length of sessions may vary from appointment to appointment. For clients using insurance, you will likely be responsible for either a co-pay or for paying the full costs of sessions until your deductible is met. Please ensure you fully understand your insurance benefits to prevent future billing concerns.
Regardless of your insurance status and payment method, we will always be as up-front with you as possible about the cost of treatment.
I currently have no openings in my schedule. When my availability changes, openings will be posted on our scheduling page. However, other therapists in our organization have openings. Please visit our scheduling page to schedule an intake assessment with one of our other therapists.
Clients must cancel or reschedule appointments at least 48 hours before their appointment. If appointments are not canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice, or if clients do not show to their appointment, they will be charged a late cancellation fee of $150. To ensure we treat all clients consistently and ethically and to be respectful of our providers’ time, we must enforce our late cancellation and no-show policy. Fees incurred for late cancellations and no shows are out-of-pockets expenses. They cannot be billed to insurance.
