Important Information

  • Policies and Fees: Before joining our waitlist, please review our Office Policies and Insurance and Fees pages to ensure our services meet your needs.
  • Waitlist Process: Once you add yourself to our waitlist, our team will reach out to you as soon as an appointment becomes available.
  • Preparing for Your Appointment: After you are contacted and scheduled for an intake assessment, you will receive an email from CHARM Health within 48 hours with instructions to register for our patient portal. Be sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see it. Please complete your portal registration and any additional requests promptly to help us prepare for your appointment.
  • Scheduling Timeline: Our calendar displays availability up to 30 days in advance. If you’re looking for an appointment beyond this timeframe, please check back later or contact us for assistance.
